All nutrition consultations for sports nutrition and athletic performances are based on the “Eat to Win” programme that has been created by our founder and nutritionist, Varsha Khatri. All sports nutrition plans are personalised and we use little to no supplementation. In most cases, to reach your athletic goals, you do not need to take many different supplements as long as your nutrition is up to par. Reaching your athletic goals is about the training and the food you eat. A balanced nutrition plan means that you do not need many supplements to reach your health goals.
