I always encourage my yoga students to practice yoga at home. Here is my first of many videos to come. This video explains what Surya Namaskar aka Sun Salutations are, its benefits, and I go through a full sequence. My style of teaching is Hatha Yoga, therefore, this is a more classical approach to sun salutations.
For those who are up for a challenge, I would like to challenge each and every one of you to do at least one round of sun salutations every day for the month of October and you will feel a difference in how you feel.
