Yoga is about the connecting and balancing the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga is more than just about a series of postures. There are countless varieties of asanas (postures) and sets of asanas that can be done to bring about balance within the physiology. On top of the various yoga poses, there are also breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation. Since Hatha yoga is the original form of yoga, each class aims to incorporate each aspect of the practice of yoga; breathing, asanas, and meditation. Furthermore, each class is different and varied according to the needs of the students.
Whether you are looking for adding yoga to your wellness routine, looking for relief from an existing physical ailment, or you consider yourself to be a yogi, this class is for you!

Our instructor is Varsha Khatri. Varsha is registered with Yoga Alliance UK as a Chartered Level 2 instructor, which means she is an advanced yoga teacher with over 3000 hours of teaching experience.
