On top of the various yoga poses, there are also breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation. Since Hatha yoga is the original form of yoga, each class aims to incorporate each aspect of the practice of yoga; breathing, asanas, and meditation. Furthermore, each class is different and varied according to the needs of the students.

Virtual Classes take place using zoom. Link will be shared with you once you have registered for the class.

Our instructor is Varsha Khatri. Varsha is registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals as a Senior Yoga Teacher, which means she is an experienced yoga teacher with over 10 years and over 4000 hours of teaching experience.
